Ton, Michel and Mark will start the journey from Sydney to a Dutch port.
Ton has been sailing all his life and has spent a large part of his working life at sea. Mainly as an engineer but he also liked to be a navigating officer. Being so close to the water in a significantly smaller boat is of course a completely different story.
Michel is a sailor, a technical all-rounder and an enthusiastic sailing buddy. He will exchange his busy working life for a long and exciting trip with, hopefully, as much luxury as possible. That might be something that will take some getting used to.
Mark signs on as a sailor with a lot of experience in training the sailors of the future. He brings tranquility and didactic professionalism and has longed for many a year to undertake the trip of trips. Now he will! What a lucky guy.
